About Our Business
The Clay County Cattlemen's Association has as it's purpose the promotion of
interest in Agriculture in general and the Beef Cattle Industry in particular. We
encourage the youth of our county to pursue careers in agriculture and sponsor
events during the year to further this interest.
We also partner with the Farm Bureau in their promotion of Ag Adventures Day to
excite interest among Elementary School children.
Other events which we either sponsor or participate in include: Team Roping, PRCA
Rodeo and Clay County Agricultural Fair.
We offer yearly scholarships to deserving youth in the county to help them pursue
careers in Agriculture and other fields of study. Scholarships are open to
all students.
